We help people to shop for houses, and we helped Grant Pierpont for several years.  Grant was looking for just the right Mt. Vernon house.  When he found it, at 714 Park Avenue, a lovely Greek Revival house built in 1851, he rebuilt the house from top to bottom.  Grant got exactly the house he wanted, and we helped him to get Maryland Historic Tax Credits for it.
