When Patricia Adams bought this splendid corner house in Bolton Hill, there was so much ivy overgrowing the windows that she had to turn on bright lights in the middle of a sunny day.  And that was just the most visible sign of neglect.  Patricia used our help to get Historic Tax Credits for her renovation, and relations were so good between her and us that she now works here, helping other people to renovate houses and get tax credits.
